Hey, Hey! How have you been? I’m already failing at daily journaling for the FF Project, but that doesn’t surprise me because I’ve always been bad at keeping up with daily tracking habits. Honestly it has nothing to do with health; I’m bad at tracking my daily activities at work too. So I’m mostly relying on my weekly meal plans and blogging to help me keep track of what I’m eating, feeling, and doing. 🙂
I thought I’d do a fun/lighter post after my semi-heavy reflections food addiction over the weekend, so here’s a list of things I’m loving lately:
Chameleon Cold Brew Pecan Coffee Concentrate – Y’all, this coffee is SO. GOOD. I like stronger coffee, so I don’t water it down as suggested. I blend 6-8 ounces with 2 ounces of Nutpods Vanilla Creamer and Collagen Peptides and pour it over ice. Actually, I guess the ice and creamer water it down a bit, so there ya go.
Fresh Strawberries – I don’t know if we’re actually in strawberry season yet, but the container I bought from Whole Foods last week was ah-maz-ing.
True Crime Documentaries – I watched “Evil Genius” on Netflix this week and it was so intense! I didn’t watch “Making of a Murderer” when it came out, but it’s definitely on my list now! “The Staircase” is another one; I’m watching it right now, but so far it’s not as good as Evil Genius was.
PaleoOMG Uncensored Podcast – Juli Bauer Roth is hilarious. I follow her blog and have her cook books, and she’s just a great human. She talks about important topics like food, health, travel, and the Bachelorette :). I really enjoy her humor and authenticity.
Beautycounter Dew Skin Moisturizing Coverage – I’m loving this light coverage for summer. It’s perfect for every day use to give my skin a dewy, fresh look. And it has SPF which is always helpful.
PHLUR Fragrance – I love this company because they’re transparent about their ingredients and there is so much thought and attention put into each fragrance. My favorite is Olmsted & Vaux, but their new scent, Sandara, is a close second. (use this link to get 3 samples for $8!)
Cast Iron Skillets – I love a good cast iron skillet. They’re super versatile, and won’t leach harmful ingredients like teflon into your food!
Avocado Saver – This little guy is the type of kitchen gadget you don’t realize you need until you have it. I love avocados, and it’s the perfect way to keep my other half fresh for the next day without having to waste plastic wrap.
